Title
Redwood Utilization Study. The form of redwood. A 7 foot tree on the banks of Brush Creek near Weott, California. Note the freedom from butt swell, and note also the type of bark, very narrowly ridged and averaging rather thin. Possibly silt has been deposited around the base of the tree hiding the swell. E.F.
