Wind River. A 110 year old stand of Douglas fir - thinned to leave 57 M/a in 1938. Grew to 65 M/a and cut back again to 57 M in 1951. They are extending road system by contractors and investing part of the stumpage on this. Metcalf. Oct. 1952.
