Title
Redwood Creek Grove is one of the choicest pieces of virgin Sequoia sempervirens in southern Humboldt County. It lies along Redwood Creek a few miles north of Garberville and is traversed by the new county highway from Redway to Briceburg. Mr. T.W. Hine, the owner of this grove has built a summer cottage opposite the mouth of Redwood Creek and Redway Sub-division is building up rapidly. Lloyd Austin and R.C. Bryant are viewing some of the finest trees on the flat just north of the creek. Metcalf, 1925.
