Granted (1) by Micheltorena May 10, 1843, to Narciso Fabregat, about 1 league, and (2) by Pico July 1, 1846, to Thomas M. Robbins, an augmentation of 1.5 leagues. Claim filed by Thomas M. Robbins and Manuela Carrillo de Jesus de Jones May 8, 1852. Confirmed by the Board Apl. 11, 1854. Confirmed by the District Court Dec. 30, 1856, and Oct. 26, 1863. Patent issued to Thomas W. Hope June 10, 1870, for 3,281.70 acres. The patent is recorded in Santa barbara. No 385 General Land Office map. On Oct. 26, 1863, Thomas W. Hope was substituted for the claimants as their successor in interest. This grant was also called Cañada de Calera. Bowman, J.N.
