The three grantees transferred their interests to their nephew Jose de la Guerra y Noriega Nov. 20, 1832. Claim filed by Jose de la Guerra y Noriega Feb. 12, 1852. Confirmed by the Board Mar. 14, 1854. Appeal dismissed by the District Court Dec. 20, 1858. Patent issued to Jose de la Guerra y Noriega June 29, 1865, for 113,009.21 acres. The patent is recorded in Ventura and in Los Angeles. No. 400 General Land Office map. In Ventura County 108,674.93 acres; in Los Angeles County 4,334.28 acres. Bowman, J.N.
