Confirmed by the Board Sept. 26, 1853. Confirmed by the District Court Feb. 11, 1856; appeal dismissed Jan. 14, 1857. Patent issued to Liberta Ceseña Bull et al Nov. 24, 1865, for 19,972.92 acres. The patent is recorded in San Jose, Santa Clara County. No. 196 General Land Office map. This rancho was called Nuestra Señora del Refugio o Laguna Seca, and also Laguna de Santa Teresa. Bowman, J.N.
