Confirmed by the District Court Nov. 20, 1856, May 4, 1867, July 10, 1868. Confirmed by the Supreme Court Feb. 20. 1860, by mandate, and appeal dismissed Apl. 3, 1866, and survey confirmed Jan. 28, 1867. Patent issued to Dolores Riesgo Armijo et al Oct. 12, 1868, for 13,315.93 acres. The patent is recorded in Fairfield, Solano County, and in Napa but without the surveryor's plat. No. 90 General Land Office map. In Solano County 13,003.21 acres; in Napa County 312.72 acres. In Jimeno's index the grant is called Tololato. Bowman, J.N.
