Claim filed by Jose de los Santos Berreyesa Feb. 20, 1852. Confirmed by the Board June 27, 1854. Confirmed by the District Court Mar. 24, 1856, and May 24, 1870. Patent issued to Jose de los Santos Berreyesa July 20, 1873, for 17,742.72 acres. The patent is recorded in Santa Rosa, Sonoma County. No. 61 General Land Office map. In Sonoma County 14,875.52 acres; in Napa County 2,867.20 acres. This grant was also called Serro de Los Mallacomes, and Rincon del Serro. Bowman, J.N.
