Confirmed by the District Court Feb. 16, 1857, May 25, 1857, and Dec. 30, 1858. Confirmed by the Supreme Court Feb. 15, 1864, by mandate. Patent issued to Vicente Miramontes et al Feb. 21, 1882, for 4,424.12 acres. This grant is sometimes called San Benito, but there is nothing in the papers of the case to indicate that this was ever its name. Bowman, J.N.
