Claim filed by José Joaquín Estudillo May 31, 1852. Confirmed by the Board Jan. 9, 1855. Confirmed by the District Court May 7, 1857, and Sept 1, 1862. Case remanded by the Supreme Court Dec. 20, 1858, by mandate, and rejected intervention on April 18, 1864. Patent issued to José Joaquín Estudillo July 15, 1863, for 6,829.58 acres. Bowman, J.N.
