1. Working pressure 175 lbs. Average used 165 lbs. Drum holds 2,000j line which passes through fair leader. Donkey averages 75,000 board feet a day.
2. Loading engine shown in No. 94.
3. Lines 1 1/4" main line - Roebling or Williamsport; 5/8 back or tail line.
As few Tommy Moore's as possible used since it takes time to change line at them. Spools on stumps used instead. These are harder on lines than Tommy Moore's. Hooktender gives signal to whistle boy by shouting. Two shouts is th [illegible] ball" or straight ahead, five shouts [illegible] etc. one shout stop. Hammond Lumber Company.
