Along Ridge to SE of Howard's Resevoir. Dense shrub type-mostly chamise chaparral with small patches of chaparral. Species : Adenostoma fasciculatum, Arctostaphylos glandulosa, Quercus wislizenii frutescens, Ceanothus cuneatus. Mendocino County. Open spots are rocky.
