Monterey pine type at San Simeon. Approximately 40 years old. Height 100 ft. DBH of dominants 20 inches. Litter depth 6 inches. Ground cover: Rubus vitifolius, Diplacus aurantiacus, Stachys bullata. Occasional Quercus agrifolia and Rhus diversiloba.
