Title
(Same locality as #302517) Shows detail of branching and layering habit of Arctostaphylos parryana. Note 3 ft. rule with 1 ft. cross piece at base. On ridge top just above this slope Ceanothus greggii, Quercus dumosa, Artemisia tridentata and Ephedra californica occur in association with Pinon. On slope Arctostaphylos parryana seems to be principal associate of Pinon in this locality.
